About Chunshek
With more than a decade of regional and global team management experience at several multinational corporations, Chunshek Chan is an expert in leading individuals and organizations to stay resilient and deliver outstanding results to clients through times of changes and transitions. With his relentless positivity and energy, he instills a greater sense of purpose and alignment of core values between a company and its employees.
Chunshek designed and delivered dozens of knowledge- and skill-based training programs while working as Global Head of M&A Research at Dealogic, an international investment banking software company. His work included the flagship Dealogic M&A Academy, a multi-level, practical course aimed at boosting market knowledge, client awareness, and financial acumen for more than 200 Dealogic employees across all business functions and geographical locations. He also frequently mentored and coached new managers within Dealogic’s Research division on success in people management.
Chunshek has a Master’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from Boston University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Humanities & Arts from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. He also holds the Instructional Design Certificate from the Association for Talent Development, and is pursuing his Associate Certified Coach credential with the International Coaching Federation. He is a native level speaker of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, and can speak conversational French, Italian and German.
